  • How Las Vegas Ayurveda can serve in a cooperative capacity to help you in realizing and actualizing your health and wellness plan and objectives.
Your Ayurveda Consultation(s) consists of five general steps:
  • Education – This includes providing you, the client, with fundamental knowledge about Ayurveda to help you understand Ayurveda’s concepts, philosophy, and specific self-healing techniques.
  • Assessment – This includes an evaluation and determination through clinical Ayurvedic techniques of your main constitution, current state of balance / imbalance, condition(s), a discussion of your concerns, the reason for your consultation, your health history, and prior treatment and results.
  • Findings – After your assessment, your practitioner will study the results and review the information with you, the client.
  • Recommendations – Under Nevada State Law, your practitioner is prohibited from diagnosing or treating any illness or disease. Instead, your practitioner will offer recommendations based on the teachings of Ayurveda, your health concerns and goals, your current condition(s), and the practitioner’s experience, insight, and skill. Recommendations may include information and instruction on diet and eating habits, lifestyle and routine, exercise, meditation, stress reduction practices, breathing techniques and practices, Ayurvedic herbal remedies and medicines, and dosha balancing techniques.
  • Implementation – When you have received your practitioner’s recommendations, your practitioner will ask you to determine your level of commitment and willingness to follow and adhere to the Ayurveda recommendations. Based upon your level of commitment, your practitioner will create your individualized Ayurveda wellness program designed to help you meet your short term, and long term, health improvement and wellness goals.
